1. OUTDOOR WEDDINGS AND LATE NIGHT SNACKS
Dubrovnik has always been a destination wedding spot known for venues by the water. Most couples get married here between May an October with temperatures ideal for a celebration under the open sky.
Think of relaxed, cozy atmosphere on a beach surrounded by fairy lights with a signature cocktail in hand! If you care for a more romantic and soft atmosphere we recommend an acoustic performance that will add a nice touch. A DJ is also a great idea to keep the party going all night. This year the rising trend seems to be a DJ performing with a sax player and we’d love to recommend our favorite ones to create just the right vibes for you and your guests.
Glamours dinners are a classic and will never go away but one of the biggest trends this year is an interactive pizza station. Local ingredients and customized pizza slices as an effortless late night snack instead of a traditional plated dish.
2. NATURAL EARTHY DÉCOR
Dubrovnik has a lot of dreamy wedding venues but it is mostly known for spectaculars beachside spots, terraces overlooking the Adriatic Sea, palaces and fortresses. Another top trend of this upcoming wedding season is natural décor that blends with the surroundings.
The 2026 wedding season seems to be about beach, earthy and effortless vibes and we know just the way of making it work in Dubrovnik. One of our favorite ceremony venues is Copacabana beach and this is where the natural theme would work seamlessly. We wouldn’t want to take away from the view of the sea and green islands that already make for an ideal backdrop. This is where we would add some greenery, a unique arch with dry flowers and pampas grass and overall add linen details to create the perfect beach atmosphere for your big day.
3. POP OF COLOR
A white and ivory wedding will always be in and we are always excited to plan something new for couples sticking to a more traditional color palette. However, this year is all about vibrant colors like coral and tangerine. Other trending colors are soft pastels like lavender, mint green and blush pink.
Our favorite part of playing with color is the table setup. Whether we play with the under plates, flower arrangements, napkins or glassware the goal is to create a memorable wedding dinner.
